Role Overview
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of Account Executives to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Establish strong relationships with executives at assigned banks alongside your team to understand their business strategies
- Guide your team in building technology plans that align with client business goals
- Drive identification of opportunities for new products and services across assigned accounts
- Support and oversee the sale of new products and services to regional and community banks
- Provide strategic direction, deal coaching, and executive-level engagement on key opportunities
- Ensure consistent pipeline management, forecasting, and execution of sales strategy
Requirements
- Proven ability to lead, develop, and motivate high-performing sales teams
- Strong ability to understand banker challenges and align solutions that drive client success
- Expert negotiation, communication, and influencing skills
- Experience presenting at the executive level (CEO, CIO, COO, etc.)
- Track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals through team performance
- Ability to travel 25% or more depending on business needs
