About this role

Design, develop, and maintain backend services and APIs
Build scalable, high-performance systems that power our applications
Create and manage RESTful and/or GraphQL APIs
Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic
Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability
Write clean, maintainable, well-documented code
Troubleshoot and resolve backend issues and system bottlenecks
Participate in architecture discussions and contribute to technical decisions

Strong experience with backend development (e.g., Node.js, Python, Java, C#, or similar)
Solid understanding of API design principles and best practices
Experience working with databases (SQL and/or NoSQL)
Familiarity with authentication, authorization, and security best practices
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure) is a plus
Understanding of system design, scalability, and performance tuning
Ability to work independently and collaborate in a team environment
Nice to Have
Experience with microservices architecture
Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes
