Implement and embed the enterprise data governance framework, ensuring governance standards, policies, and processes are adopted consistently across the organisation
Lead and support the data stewardship operating model, partnering with Data Owners and Stewards to establish clear accountability and governance practices
Drive the definition, maintenance, and adoption of business data definitions, taxonomies, standards, and critical data assets across key data domains
Manage and continuously improve data quality capabilities, including the definition, monitoring, reporting, and remediation of data quality issues and metrics
Oversee metadata management, data cataloguing, lineage, and data classification activities to improve data transparency, discoverability, and trust
Facilitate Data Governance Councils, Stewardship Forums, and governance committees, providing reporting, action tracking, and governance insights to senior stakeholders
Partner closely with business, technology, architecture, analytics, security, and compliance teams to embed governance controls into data platforms and business processes
Promote a culture of data ownership, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement, supporting initiatives that enhance data literacy, governance maturity, and enterprise-wide trust in data

Proven experience within a Data Governance, Data Management or related Data roles
Practical experience with data stewardship, metadata management, and data quality disciplines
Strong knowledge of data policy frameworks
Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the confidence to present technical information to non-technical stakeholders
Experience with Databricks
Knowledge of DAMA-DMBOK, DCAM, or equivalent data management frameworks would be nice to have
AI/ML experience is required for one of the roles
