Role Overview
- Support the accounts receivable process by following up with customers regarding outstanding invoices.
- Communicate professionally with customers via phone and email to answer payment questions and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist with cash application and maintaining accurate customer account balances.
- Track outstanding receivables and update AR records.
- Support invoice processing and documentation activities.
- Collaborate with the accounting team to ensure accurate payment posting and account reconciliation.
- Assist with bank-related and accounts receivable administrative tasks.
- Provide support during month-end close activities.
- Escalate payment issues, discrepancies, or process concerns to senior team members when appropriate.
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow established accounting procedures.
Requirements
- Availability to work in a hybrid manner at our offices in Guadalajara, Mexico at Midtown Jalisco.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Recent graduates are encouraged to apply.
- 0–1 year of professional experience in Accounting, Accounts Receivable, Finance, internships, or related administrative roles.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Confidence communicating with customers over the phone.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proactive mindset with the confidence to ask questions and seek guidance when needed.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Willingness to learn and grow within an accounting career.

- Accounts Receivable
- Cash Application
- Invoicing
- Customer collections

- Contract administration
- Customer service or call center experience
- Internship or family business accounting experience
