Advance the Guardian Workplace, Communications and Collaboration capabilities for our Agencies & Producers partners
Maximize the capabilities that Guardian already has access to
Champion the adoption and implementation of AI technologies across the field workplace
Facilitate feedback from field members on existing workplace tools
Research and assist with implementation of new technologies and solutions

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, computer engineering, Systems Analyst or related field or equivalent work experience
Hands-on experience implementing and training on AI-driven solutions
Solid understanding of workplace and messaging technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Experience working in financial services or insurance
Knowledge of multiple technologies including but not limited to Microsoft 365, Zoom, Hearsay, Microsoft CoPilot, Cloud services (AWS/Azure), Mac/PC, and mobile
