Act as the main technical interface for customers;
Analyze applications and define optimized linear motion solutions;
Perform technical sizing, calculations, and product selection;
Deliver clear and well-documented technical proposals;
Handle product issues and failure analysis;
Assess and mitigate technical risks;
Support sales in customer meetings and business development;
Act as the Linear Motion technical referent within the sales unit;
Deliver internal and external product training;
Lead mechatronics projects from concept to industrialization with R&D and PLM team with the support of sector and specialist AE from sector;
Translate requirements into technical specifications;
Manage timelines, risks, and deliverables;
Support new product launch and marketing campaign;
Contribute to knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.

Degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Electrical Engineering;
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience;
Strong knowledge of linear motion and mechatronic systems (optional);
Knowledge of motion control (position, speed, torque);
Experience with servo motors and drives (optional);
Knowledge of industrial communication protocols (EtherCAT, PROFINET, CANopen, Ethernet/IP, Modbus);
Experience with engineering tools (CAD, simulation, calculation);
Basic project management knowledge;
Fluent / professional level English (mandatory);
French is a strong plus;
Local language (Romanian / Hungarian).
