Provide analytical support for the main processes carried out within the purchasing area, such as purchase order issuance, purchase portfolio management and system adjustments
Follow up and monitor production with suppliers
Consolidate information generated by the commercial system, identifying possible inconsistencies in expected results
Monitor import documentation and processes
Negotiate prices and lead times with suppliers for product procurement
Participate in strategic planning and collection development
Support analysis and delivery of reports

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Foreign Trade, International Relations, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
Experience in purchasing/procurement
Intermediate Excel skills
Intermediate English preferred
