Role Overview
- Provide analytical support for the main processes carried out within the purchasing area, such as purchase order issuance, purchase portfolio management and system adjustments
- Follow up and monitor production with suppliers
- Consolidate information generated by the commercial system, identifying possible inconsistencies in expected results
- Monitor import documentation and processes
- Negotiate prices and lead times with suppliers for product procurement
- Participate in strategic planning and collection development
- Support analysis and delivery of reports
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Foreign Trade, International Relations, Economics, Engineering, or related fields
- Experience in purchasing/procurement
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Intermediate English preferred
