Own, maintain, and continuously improve the internal Data Collection System (DCS).
Identify and implement enhancements based on stakeholder feedback.
Ensure compliance with internal security and data governance standards.
Design and maintain a secure, scalable access model (roles, permissions, identity integration).
Partner with stakeholders across the organisation to understand data collection needs.
Identify opportunities to standardise and streamline data capture across use cases.
Define and execute a roadmap to modernise the platform.
Establish and maintain coding standards, documentation, and development best practices.
Ensure structured data is accessible and optimised for downstream BI and analytics platforms.

Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in IT, Computer Science, Data Engineering or similar fields.
Experience with Application Ownership and Maintenance.
Strong experience in full-stack application development using modern technologies.
Solid experience with relational databases (SQL Server).
Experience with Stakeholder Management, Business Process understanding and translating process needs to technical roadmaps.
Strong product mindset, ensuring a keen focus on solving business needs through a well-engineered product.
Understanding of software development lifecycle and version control.
Understanding of data security, data quality and governance principles.
