Developing and maintaining back-end services and APIs for payment solutions
Contributing to the modernization of existing systems as part of SEB's strategic Payment Roadmap
Writing clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following engineering best practices
Troubleshooting, debugging, and improving existing applications to ensure reliability and performance
Contributing to CI/CD, DevOps, and cloud-native development practices
Collaborating with architects, developers, testers, and product owners in a cross-functional Agile team

Professional experience with C# and .NET Core building backend applications
Understanding of REST APIs and service-oriented or microservice-based architectures
Experience working with relational databases such as MS SQL
Familiarity with Git and modern software development practices
Interest in cloud-native development and container technologies such as Docker, OpenShift, or Kubernetes
A proactive mindset with good problem-solving skills and a willingness to learn
Ability to collaborate effectively in a cross-functional Agile team
Fluency in English
Experience using LLMs as part of your development workflow, either professionally or through personal projects
Bonus points if you also have:
Experience with messaging technologies such as Kafka or IBM MQ
Exposure to CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions or similar tools
Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk or Prometheus
Experience working with financial systems, payment solutions, or other business-critical applications
