Build, maintain and optimize containerized environments using Docker and Kubernetes/Docker Swarm
Maintain and troubleshoot primarily Linux-based production environments, while also supporting Windows systems when needed
Monitor, investigate and improve platform reliability using tools such as ELK Stack, Prometheus and similar technologies
Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines with GitLab to enable reliable and automated deployments
Improve infrastructure automation, security and operational best practices
Collaborate closely with software developers in an Agile environment to support application delivery
Support the continuous evolution of our cloud platform as our products and customer base grow.

3–5+ years of experience in DevOps, Infrastructure Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) or a similar role
Strong hands-on experience with Docker and container orchestration technologies such as Kubernetes or Docker Swarm
Solid Linux administration and scripting skills
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure or GCP)
Experience with CI/CD tools such as GitLab, GitHub Actions or Jenkins
Familiarity with monitoring and logging solutions such as ELK Stack, Prometheus or Zabbix
A good understanding of networking, infrastructure and production environments
Professional working proficiency in English
Experience with DevSecOps and infrastructure security is considered an advantage
