Role Overview
- Review installation specifications and conditions before execution
- Develop and prepare installation plans and tools
- Provide technical support during dealer installations
- Resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform scheduled/emergency service repairs and preventive maintenance
- Log activities in the CRM system
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, or a related technical field
- Ability to safely lift and handle heavy equipment
- Proficient in reading and writing English
- Willingness to travel extensively for work
- Certification in AV technology or networking is a plus
- Valid driving license required
