Commercial vocational training with a federal diploma in social insurance or HR, or equivalent qualification.
Several years of experience in a comparable role, in a demanding payroll position, or at the interface between payroll and financial accounting.
Solid payroll expertise, especially in payroll accounting, social insurance, and withholding tax.
Strong affinity for ERP systems and an interest in new technologies such as AI.
Confident communication in German; Italian skills at least at B1–B2 level.
