Evaluating vehicle condition photos for quality, accuracy, and completeness — flagging submissions that do not meet listing standards and requesting corrected materials from sellers.
Verifying vehicle trim levels and mileage against submitted information — identifying discrepancies and resolving them with speed and precision.
Confirming seller intent and willingness to sell — ensuring every listing that moves forward represents a genuine, committed seller ready to proceed.
Contacting sellers directly by phone and text message to clarify details, request missing information, and guide them through any corrections needed.
Flagging discrepancies, incomplete submissions, and quality issues to the Listing Team — with clear, well-documented notes so the team can act quickly and accurately.
Maintaining accurate, up-to-date records within the company's CRM system — ensuring every seller interaction and review outcome is properly logged.
Meeting daily and weekly review quotas and turnaround time targets — consistently delivering quality output at the pace the operation requires.

Near-native English fluency — both written and spoken — is a firm requirement for this role.
Confidence making outbound phone calls and sending text messages to customers.
