Conceptualizing creative ideas with our Brand Strategist and Clients.
Establishing design guidelines, standards, and best practices.
Testing and improving the design of our client’s website, considering user experience, site & page architecture, and CRO.
Maintaining the appearance of websites by enforcing content standards.
Communicating design ideas using user flows, process flows, site maps, and wireframes.
Incorporating functionalities and features into websites.
Designing sample pages including colors and fonts.
Preparing design plans and presenting the website structure.

At least 3 years of experience as a Graphic Designer, Web Designer, or Digital Designer, with a strong portfolio of digital and web design projects.
Experience designing websites, social media graphics, sales collateral, and other marketing materials while maintaining brand consistency.
Solid understanding of UX/UI design principles and responsive web design.
Experience creating wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity website designs in Figma.
Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign).
Ability to collaborate effectively with clients, developers, and cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality design solutions.
Strong understanding of branding, typography, layout, color theory, and visual design best practices.
Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and problem-solving skills.
Strong communication skills in English with the ability to present and explain design decisions clearly.
Proactive, organized, and comfortable working in a remote, fast-paced agency environment.
