Contribute to the implementation of staffing and recruiting processes, strategies and solutions
Source, recruit, screen and assess high volume of candidates for exempt and nonexempt roles
Identify qualified candidates through various recruiting and sourcing tools
Maintain accurate candidate records in Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and spreadsheet
Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Submit weekly hiring data reports
Serve as a primary point of contact for candidates, providing inspiring information about the company and position
Prepare candidate for each step in the hiring process
Assist with other duties as assigned
Requirements
High school or equivalent
18 years or older
1 to 3 years recent high volume, fast-paced experience
High energy and driven individual
Avid learner
Proficient with Word, Excel, and Outlook
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Adaptability and flexibility to support the organization's growth
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
Successful track record of achieving targets including deadlines
Ability to multi-task and prioritize your work load
Bilingual Spanish a plus (Preferred Experience)
Experience with HR databases and Applicant Tracking Systems
Paylocity experience is a Plus (Preferred Experience)
Experience utilizing the latest sourcing tools and methods (Internet search, Indeed, Chrome and browser extensions, Social Media, etc.) (Preferred Experience)
