Assist business members with day-to-day issues and questions relative to their accounts.
Assist the Treasury Management Officers in servicing their account relationships.
Serve as a resource for branch personnel in assisting business members.
Train branch personnel on business banking processes, products, and services when appropriate.
Process domestic and international wire transfers.
Monitor new business deposit accounts for complete and accurate account documentation.
Order and provide ongoing support for business credit cards.
Assist members in setting up and/or performing maintenance of Cash Management services, authorizations, and limits within IMCU’s digital banking platform.
Requirements
High School diploma or equivalent.
At least 1 year of banking experience.
Knowledge of typical banking needs of business members and our business focused products and services.
Understanding of required documentation for business accounts (and why).
Proficient in Episys, Synergy, and digital banking applications.
Attention to detail.
