Actively contributing to the company's organizational design and structure.
Defining and executing the organizational improvement strategy, aligned with the company's business, technology, and departmental objectives.
Providing methodological support for both strategic and tactical planning.
Driving continuous improvement initiatives across Business functions (Sales, Risk, Finance, etc.) and Product & Technology.
Embedding Lean-Agile principles across the organization and coaching teams on their practical application.
Defining and providing area-specific metrics to Heads and teams, enabling effective iteration planning and roadmap prioritization based on team capacity.
Partnering with the Talent & Culture team and the Leadership Team to evolve the company culture, increase team autonomy, and foster cross-functional collaboration.
Facilitating team workshops and sessions when needed, including ideation, solution design, planning, retrospectives, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Promoting transparent communication and ensuring information is accessible across the organization.
Defining, tracking, and measuring the impact of organizational improvement initiatives through relevant KPIs.
Requirements
At least 5 years of experience in a similar role or as an Organizational Consultant.
Proven experience partnering with C-level executives and influencing stakeholders across all levels of the organization.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trust and drive alignment.
Strong understanding of product development in complex organizational environments.
Hands-on experience with Lean-Agile frameworks at scale, such as Nexus, LeSS, Spotify Model, or similar.
Strong systems thinking capabilities, with experience analyzing organizational dynamics and designing effective solutions.
Experience leading change management initiatives, using frameworks such as ADKAR or similar.
