Role Overview
- Manage and develop a product portfolio to optimize profitability
- Supervise and coach support teams to ensure divisional performance
- Work closely with production teams to monitor service level performance
- Define and coordinate the division's marketing communications activities

Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3 to Bac+5)
- Proven initial experience in a similar role (marketing or product development)
- Ideally experience in the healthcare products industry
- Organized
- Rigorous
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
- Analytical skills
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Comfortable interpreting data
- Team player
- Able to collaborate with diverse stakeholders within interdisciplinary and multicultural teams
- Travel across Europe expected
