Build messaging and positioning for product launches and feature releases, from first draft to sales-ready.
Own the creation of customer-facing and sales-facing collateral including datasheets, pitch decks, FAQs, and demo narratives that clearly articulate value.
Enable the sales, customer success, and partner teams with tools and training to position and sell Inriver solutions.
Identify customers who exemplify value realization and partner with the content team to develop compelling case studies and success stories.
Support market intelligence and analysis to shape product roadmaps, influence pricing and packaging, and guide GTM plans.
Own go-to-market (GTM) plans for releases: define the ICP, the value prop, the launch tiers, and the rollout to coordinate launch logistics.
Run win/loss analysis and feed competitive intelligence back into product, pricing, and packaging decisions.
Requirements
6-8 years in product marketing in B2B SaaS or enterprise software.
A track record of building messaging and launching products in complex technical environments, including AI/ML messaging.
Strong storytelling skills and the ability to translate technical features into business value for enterprise buyers.
Excellent communication and presentation skills, with fluent written and spoken English.
Organized and collaborative, comfortable managing multiple programs and influencing stakeholders across product, sales, and customer success.
A data-driven approach, using customer and competitive insight to shape GTM strategy.
