As a Service Technician, you’ll play a critical role in delivering exceptional service and reliable door solutions to our customers.
You will diagnose, troubleshoot, repair, and upgrade a variety of sliding, swinging, and rotating doors while ensuring excellent customer satisfaction.
Perform planned maintenance, break-fix repair, and upgrades of automated pedestrian doors at customer locations.
Diagnose and troubleshoot issues involving electro-mechanical devices, electrical circuits, and relay logic.
Work with aluminum frames, glazing materials, hardware, and low-voltage wiring.
Maintain professional communication with customers, end-users, and contractors, providing exceptional service at every interaction.
Participate in training programs
Participate in on-call rotations after certification and training.
Safety Perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, positioning, and installing door components weighing up to 110 pounds (with lifting aids) on an occasional basis, with or without reasonable accommodation; climbing ladders, kneeling, driving and working in various positions as required.
Requirements
Mechanical aptitude with experience in repairing electro-mechanical devices.
Must meet the minimum age requirement of 21 due to job‑related responsibilities.
Must be able to successfully obtain AAADM certification within six (6) months of employment and maintain certification as required
Knowledge of basic electrical circuits and low-voltage (120v) wiring (access control systems a plus)
Experience in glazing, storefronts, aluminum frames, and hardware (preferred).
Valid driver’s license and a good driving record.

Ability to lift, bend, and use power tools effectively.
