Execute commercial strategies to achieve targets and increase N5X's market share in the energy sector
Identify and prospect new business opportunities, establishing strategic, long-term partnerships
Cultivate relationships with clients and stakeholders, ensuring satisfaction and retention
Collaborate with the Customer Success team to ensure clients’ needs are met efficiently
Analyze sales and market data to identify trends and opportunities for improving the commercial strategy
Attend events and conferences to represent N5X and raise visibility of the energy exchange in the market
Collaborate with internal teams such as Marketing, Product, and Technology to develop and improve N5X’s offerings and solutions.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related field
Solid experience in new business development, sales, or account management roles, preferably focused on the Brazilian energy market
Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically in energy trading/commercialization
Advanced English (spoken and written)
Prior knowledge of the financial market is a plus
Established network of contacts in the energy market

Bonus: Up to 2 months' salary per year
Work model: Hybrid — 3 days in the office per week; participation in in-person team rituals (currently quarterly), in-person meetings with stakeholders, and events
Meal allowance (Vale Refeição): BRL 43.68 per working day
