About this role

Plan, oversee and control administrative and financial routines
Prepare and monitor cash flow, budgets and financial controls
Perform financial analyses and prepare management reports
Monitor administrative and financial performance indicators
Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable and financial reconciliations
Ensure correct use of ERP systems and internal controls
Support the preparation of financial and budgetary planning
Develop and track KPIs for the area
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization
Serve as a liaison between Administrative, Finance, Commercial, Logistics and Accounting teams
Support internal and external audits
Prepare presentations and executive reports for the board
Participate in the implementation of new processes, systems and projects

Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Accounting, Economics, Production Engineering or related fields
Advanced Excel and Google Sheets
Experience with ERP systems and internal controls
Proficiency in cash flow management, budget planning and financial indicators
Preparation of management reports and critical data analysis
Power BI (preferred)
Cross-functional communication, problem solving and process improvement skills
Strategic mindset, results-oriented and strong ethical behavior
