Senior Product Manager, ATC Expansion, Access Innovation

Role Overview

• Support execution to scale the Kite Apheresis Program to ~20 sites
• Drive end-to-end execution of third-party apheresis integration
• Develop and manage resources for market shaping initiatives
• Track delivery milestones, risks, and performance across all participating sites
• Identify and enable opportunities to expand apheresis and CAR ‑ T capabilities
• Support implementation of Remote Patient Monitoring (RPM) and digital enablement platforms
• Serve as the product partner to Field teams
• Partner with ATC Expansion Enablement leadership to operationalize new access models and pilots

Requirements

• Master’s degree with 6+ years of relevant experience OR Bachelor’s degree with 8+ years of relevant experience
• Experience in product management, program management, or operations within healthcare, biotech, or complex provider environments
• Strong understanding of provider networks, site onboarding, and contracting workflows
• Demonstrated ability to drive delivery across cross-functional teams and manage complex implementations
• Experience launching or scaling programs (e.g., pilots, operational rollouts, platform adoption)
• Strong analytical and execution skills with ability to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously
