- Profitably grow a book of business by actively partnering with Agents
- Plan and budget for the book of business
- Develop and maintain agency relationships
- Execute underwriting decisions
- Review your book of business and track performance
- Build and manage broker relationships
- Oversee new and renewal underwriting
- Select risks per company guidelines
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience underwriting, preferably in the high net worth space
- Comfortable owning a book of business
- Direct, empathetic communication skills
- Ability to gather and analyze data to make decisions on risks
