Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of professional software development experience.
3 to 4+ years in technical leadership, architecture, or management of engineering teams.
Strong hands-on expertise in Python and frameworks such as Django, DRF, and FastAPI, AI, ML, Agentic AI (is a plus).
Solid proficiency in frontend development using React and modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks.
Strong understanding of system design, architecture patterns, REST APIs, microservices, and event-driven designs.
Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB, Redis).
Proficiency with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
Excellent communication, leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to balance deep technical execution with leadership and delivery responsibilities.
