Role Overview
- Support the management, tracking, and distribution of promotional goods, POP materials, and branded assets
- Focus on inventory control, record-keeping, and the coordination of promotional items
- Execute Marketing Department activities in a timely and professional manner
- Prepare materials using the checklist, setting up and dismantling displays where required
- Ensure the proper return and storage of all products and equipment
- Receiving, logging, and dispatching POP materials, promotional goods, branded assets, and other promotional items
- Maintain accurate records of promotional inventory and monitor stock levels
- Prepare and submit inventory reports
- Coordinate requests for promotional materials and ensure timely distribution
- Ensure proper storage and organization of promotional assets
Requirements
- Diploma in Management Studies, Marketing or related discipline from an accredited institution or the equivalent
- At least one (1) year of experience in a promotions, inventory, or administrative environment
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office suite specifically Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to details and sound record-keeping skills
- Good planning and organizational skills with the ability to work effectively with team members at various levels.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- High level of integrity and reliability
- A valid general driver’s license is an asset.
