Role Overview
- Report to the Water Mitigation Project Manager
- Attend daily meetings to determine daily schedule and complete assignments
- Responsible for demolition, setting drying equipment, and other assigned tasks
- Direct laborers and document hours worked
- Notify Superintendent when tasks are complete for payment processing
- Stock work vehicles to supply laborers
- Maintain a neat, clean job site following OSHA requirements and Apex policies
Requirements
- Experience in mitigation
- Knowledge of insurance claim procedures, standards, and guidelines is a plus
- Ability to lift 75 pounds
- Ability to enter confined spaces and climb ladders
- Maintain a clean and professional appearance
- Valid driver’s license and eligibility to work in the United States
- Pass a background check and drug screening
- No felony convictions
