Manage key accounts to expand NCCT's Real-World Evidence & Data Solutions portfolio.
Identify new partnership opportunities focused on RWE, observational research, healthcare analytics, patient insights, data licensing, and evidence generation services.
Develop strategic relationships with pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, digital health, consulting, and healthcare organizations.
Oversee the reporting and progress of a robust business development pipeline.
Drive achievement of annual revenue, growth, and partnership objectives for the RWE&D business segment.
Work cross-functionally with NCCT leadership, research teams, informatics, analytics, legal, finance, compliance, privacy, and information security teams.
Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities in RWE, RWD, healthcare analytics, HEOR, AI, and evidence generation.
Lead the creation of tailored proposals, statements of work, presentations, and commercial agreements.
Foster long-term relationships with sponsors, healthcare innovators, and strategic partners.
Develop, track, and report KPIs related to pipeline growth, bookings, revenue generation, partner satisfaction, and strategic account development.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Public Health, Life Sciences, or related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
7+ years of experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or commercial leadership roles.
10+ years of experience in healthcare, life sciences, clinical research, healthcare analytics, or related industries.
5+ years of experience using CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
Familiarity with healthcare data assets, research methodologies, healthcare analytics, and evidence generation processes.
Strong knowledge of healthcare research regulations, privacy requirements, and industry best practices.
