Responsible for planning, coordinating, and driving the successful end-to-end execution of platform and integration projects
Own the planning, coordination, and delivery of assigned technical projects
Define and maintain clear project plans, tracking progress against milestones and proactively managing risks
Drive day-to-day project momentum, removing blockers, facilitating decision-making, and ensuring all workstreams remain on track
Conduct regular cross-functional team meetings to review progress
Serve as the central point of coordination between internal engineering teams, Technical Product Owners, business stakeholders, and external partners
Communicate project status, risks, and timeline updates to stakeholders at all levels
Support partner and supplier management in collaboration with Technical Product Owners
Establish and maintain appropriate governance and oversight for each assigned project
Proactively identify opportunities to improve delivery processes, tooling, and ways of working

Proven experience as a Project Manager or delivery lead within a technology or software development environment
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Excellent time management and prioritization skills
Solid written and verbal communication skills in English
Confident facilitator and influencer
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Nice to have: Experience working within an iGaming, platform, or game studio environment, with exposure to casino operator integrations or B2B technical delivery
Nice to have: Proficiency with Atlassian tools (JIRA, Confluence) for project tracking and documentation
Nice to have: Familiarity with agile delivery frameworks and experience working alongside scrum or kanban teams.
Nice to have: Formal project management qualification (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent)
