Actively participate in sprint ceremonies, continuously auditing team workflows and suggesting iterative improvements to our testing delivery pipelines.
Architect and maintain clean, easily digestible test documentation and compliance logs that future-proof our engineering knowledge base.
Design, build, and maintain both manual exploratory tests and automated test suites that safeguard our core platform features.
Refine and expand our automated testing frameworks, leveraging modern tools to accelerate regression testing and continuous integration.
Analyse test results and communicate complex technical findings to developers in a clear, constructive manner that upskills future code quality.
Requirements
3+ years of professional experience operating as a QA Software Engineer within fast-paced, agile product environments.
Proven experience implementing automated testing tools and expanding robust testing frameworks from scratch.
Hand-on experience with JavaScript, Playwright, and Postman is highly advantageous.
A track record of creating detailed, well-structured test plans and complex data-driven test cases.
Fluent in English with the ability to bridge communication gaps between technical engineers and non-technical stakeholders.
