Develop plumbing engineering drawings, specifications, calculations, and technical documentation
Design domestic water, sanitary waste and vent, storm drainage, natural gas, medical gas systems
Perform engineering calculations including fixture unit analyses and hydraulic calculations
Prepare coordinated construction documents and piping layouts
Collaborate with architects, structural, mechanical, and civil teams

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent experience) required
4+ years of experience designing plumbing systems for commercial, institutional, healthcare, industrial, or mission-critical facilities required
Professional Engineer (PE) license required
Strong understanding of the International Plumbing Code (IPC), Uniform Plumbing Code (UPC)
Proficiency with plumbing engineering calculations, CAD and BIM platforms
Strong knowledge of construction documentation and multidisciplinary coordination
