Requirements
Fluent in both Spanish and English (written and verbal) — required.
Prior experience with travel booking, event logistics, or hotel/venue sourcing preferred.
Strong research skills and comfort reaching out to hotels/vendors to negotiate and compare quotes.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple moving logistics pieces at once.
Comfortable working independently with limited oversight, given the client's own limited bandwidth.
Reliable internet connection and availability during required working hours.
