Bachelor's degree in any field and 5 years of Product Management experience
Proven success leading the rollout, change management, and scaled adoption of large enterprise software platforms, developer tools, or enterprise-wide Agile/DevOps transformations
Deep familiarity with emerging AI tool chains, developer agents, and LLM capabilities
Strong structural understanding of traditional product frameworks (Scrum, Lean, Design Thinking)
Exceptional communication skills with a demonstrated ability to partner with and influence VPs of Product, Engineering Directors, and senior risk leaders without direct authority.
