Senior Contract Analyst

Role Overview

• Support a group that plays an important role in reducing the costs of goods for clients
• Generate, red-line, and prepare contract documents for signature
• Finalize CVS Caremark’s negotiated Rebate agreements with pharmaceutical manufacturers
• Track document status and prioritize documents based on considerations

Requirements

• 3+ years of contracting experience
• 3+ years of contract redlining and comparison experience, expert level
• Proficient in excel
• Certified Professional Contracts Manager (CPCM) preferred
• 4-6 years work experience in contracting space or health insurance
• Working knowledge of problem solving and decision making skills
• PBM (Pharmacy Benefit Management) knowledge preferred
• 4+ pharmaceutical manufacturer or relevant healthcare experience
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of relevant professional qualification.
