Role Overview

• driving growth in Specialty by building innovative products
• creating disruptive solutions to address oncology and rare diseases
• developing product roadmap based on current and anticipated market trends
• collaborating across the organization to deliver new solutions
• leveraging pharmacist expertise to inform clinical strategy
• assisting in the development of tools for clinical and quality monitoring

Requirements

• 5+ experience developing and owning healthcare innovation products
• Registered pharmacist (Doctor of Pharmacy)
• Ability to manage multiple high growth products and related budgets
• Ability to frame complex problems and develop solutions with minimal guidance
• Advanced Impact and Influence skills
• Experience working effectively in a matrix-style organization
• Analytical abilities
• design business plans and find insights through analytics
• Ability to travel 1-2x per year
