Role Overview
- Act as a ConfirmIT Expert and support advanced & Reportal scripting needs
- Develop and maintain high-quality, efficient survey scripts
- Script surveys using Survey Designer and Authoring in ConfirmIT
- Work closely with project teams to ensure seamless execution
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues
- Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
- Follow programming standards and contribute to process improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 2.5 years of experience in ConfirmIT survey scripting
- Experience with Survey Designer, Authoring, Reportal, and panel management in ConfirmIT
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, jQuery, HTML/CSS, and survey logic
- Ability to manage complex projects independently
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to learn and adapt to new tools as needed
- Willing to work in AU/SG time zones and collaborate with global teams
