Support and guide business unit leadership in articulating their business needs, defining target processes, and expressing requirements.
Participate in the development of scenarios and recommend business solutions that consider needs expressed by business units, senior management direction, and enterprise architecture guidelines.
Validate, in collaboration with users, any solution that has operational impact.
Obtain an overall view of the project architecture for involved systems, required inter-system interfaces, and business and systemic links with partners.
Contribute to the development of the overall, detailed, and integration architecture across all aspects (process, functional, organizational, informational, security, technological, operations, etc.).
Contribute to the assessment matrix for the scope of change management.
Contribute to the sustainability considerations register.
Requirements
Hold an undergraduate university degree (Bachelor's) in Business Administration, Information Technology, or another relevant field.
Have ten (10) years of experience in information systems development in a user environment, including five (5) years of experience as a business architect in technological environments comparable to those of the organization.
Have participated in the delivery of two major projects (5,000 person-days or more) as the lead responsible for designing and implementing business solutions in a large-organization context (500 employees or more), involving multiple internal and external partners with differing priorities.
Have five (5) years of experience in information systems development in user environments or as part of multidisciplinary interventions (business processes and rules, work organization, systems management, testing strategies, transition management, communications, and training).
