Support the maintenance and registration of clients via email and corporate systems to keep client information up to date.
Assist in preparing reports on cancellations, renewals and/or policy updates using spreadsheets to provide clients with information regarding their insurance policies.
Support collection of policy payments through corporate systems.
Perform other related professional activities inherent to the position as required by the area, including training, professional development and guidance from the immediate supervisor, to ensure continuous professional growth and meet the area’s needs.
Actively contribute to the development of performance indicators (KPIs), objectives and key results (OKRs), and new company projects.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Law, Business Administration, or a related field.
