Responsible for analyzing data, defining new standards and best development practices for creating campaigns, designing new business strategies, and identifying opportunities for the company.
Support regional teams with analysis and the development of Action Plans to achieve the company’s budgets.
Implement strategic data analyses focused on optimizing and growing the sales channel, considering market aspects and team productivity.
Prepare executive presentations for senior leadership.
Analyze trends and propose market models and projections.
Identify key KPIs that monitor the impact of initiatives, as well as critical paths for projects within the area.
Monitor and report primary sales volumes, analyzing the breakdown of results across various KPIs in collaboration with regional teams.

Advanced Office Suite: Advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint, essential for financial analysis, data modeling, and executive presentations;
Experience in Strategic and Market Analysis;
Experience in Performance Management and KPI analysis;
Experience creating executive-level materials;
Experience with SQL for extracting and analyzing data from systems, essential to perform detailed, data-driven analyses using internal information;
Bachelor's degree completed;
Preferred degrees: Business Administration, Economics, Industrial/Production Engineering, Accounting, Mathematics, and/or Statistics.
