Role Overview
Deliver high-quality, evidence-based ABA services to children with autism
Manageable Caseload: Up to 10 clients, completing 28 billable hours in a 40-hour week (note: billable hours are not tied to pay)
Work with children ages 2–18, most under age 6
Supervise and develop up to 5 RBTs
Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans, and monitor client progress
Collaborate with Clinical Directors, fellow BCBAs, and Regional Directors of Quality to troubleshoot cases and uphold best practices
Maintain ethical documentation and compliance with BACB and state guidelines
Requirements
Active BCBA certification from the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB)
State Licensure where required
ABA experience (RBT background a plus for new BCBAs)
Strong communication skills and ability to work in a clinic-based setting
Passion for ethical, client-centered ABA in a team-focused environment
