Proven omnichannel logistics expertise: you have owned operations across at least two of three channels (Retail/wholesale, D2C eCommerce, and Commercial/B2B) and understand the distinct fulfillment requirements, compliance demands, and cost structures of each.
Demonstrated track record of improving OTD performance: you have built or overhauled delivery performance frameworks, driven measurable improvements in on-time delivery metrics, and held 3PL/carrier partners accountable to SLAs.
Strong financial acumen with direct logistics P&L or budget ownership experience: skilled in freight cost modeling, cost-to-serve analysis, and identifying and executing cost reduction initiatives at scale.
Hands-on experience with logistics systems and technology: you have led or played a key role in WMS, TMS, OMS, or ERP implementations and have a clear point of view on how systems and automation unlock operational scale.
Deep retail compliance knowledge: expertise in routing guide management, EDI setup and troubleshooting, chargeback/deduction dispute processes, and the operational mechanics of major US retailers (e.g., Target, Best Buy, Walmart, Costco, or equivalent).
Executive-level communication and influence: you are equally comfortable in a QBR with a 3PL partner, presenting a business case to the CFO, or aligning a sales team on supply chain constraints and timelines.
Experience leading and scaling logistics teams through rapid growth; you thrive in a high-velocity environment and know how to build process and structure without sacrificing speed.
Exposure to international or cross-border logistics in North America (Canada and/or LATAM) is a strong plus.
