Role Overview
- Perform activities including: hiring, time and attendance control, vacation management and personnel record updates
- Provide excellent service and support to our clients
- Assist with payroll activities and related impacts
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of processes within the area of responsibility
Requirements
- Completed Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Business Administration, Human Resources, Accounting or similar
- Knowledge and experience in personnel administration processes
- Knowledge of Senior systems (Ronda and Rubi) is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Experience with working models in a Shared Services Center (SSC)
- Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships with internal teams
