Provide support for activities related to import and export processes;
Assist in monitoring direct import processes, supporting all operational and administrative stages;
Issue and track import orders;
Organize and verify documents related to international trade (COMEX) processes;
Support communication and alignment with customs brokers, suppliers, and internal departments;
Monitor shipment status, deadlines, and process updates;
Update controls, spreadsheets, and departmental systems.
Requirements
Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration with emphasis in Foreign Trade, Logistics, International Relations, or a related field;
Advanced English for written and verbal communication;
Proficiency in Microsoft Office;
Availability to work in São Paulo (SP) or Santa Catarina (SC);
Previous experience in Foreign Trade or related administrative routines is a plus;
Experience with direct import processes is a plus;
Knowledge of import documentation and interaction with customs brokers is a plus;
Additional courses focused on Import and Export are advantageous.
