Lead technical customer engagements, including application development, product evaluations, troubleshooting and implementation of our solutions
Requirements
A Master’s degree or PhD in Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline.
3–5 years of experience in a Field Application Specialist, Application Scientist or comparable customer-facing technical role within biotechnology or the pharmaceutical industry.
Experience supporting biopharmaceutical manufacturing processes or pharmaceutical ingredients.
Strong problem-solving capabilities and experience translating technical complexity into customer value.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence both technical and commercial audiences.
