Lead development of new features and maintenance for mobile development projects
Lead development of Android applications and services
Work in a collaborative, dynamic environment using agile development methodologies
Provide guidance to resolve technical impediments faced by team members
Lead technical investigations of issues across development, testing, and deployment
Interact with clients to clarify requirements, prioritize work, and address blockers
Serve as the focal point for resolving technical debt and for discussions related to delivery and solution performance
Monitor team performance, identifying technical gaps and proposing training plans
Technically identify the optimal set of skills required for the project
Define strategy (architecture) for proofs of concept and product design

Experience in software development, having worked as a developer, architect, and/or technical lead
Experience developing Android applications (native/hybrid)
Experience leading development teams in a technical capacity
Proficiency with development tools and IDEs, and versioning/review tools such as GIT, Gerrit, Jira, among others
Knowledge of creating and maintaining CI/CD pipelines
Strong proficiency in Java, combined with knowledge of Design Systems, Spring Boot, AWS, and Argo
Knowledge of software security best practices
Strong knowledge of object-oriented programming and architecture (event-driven architecture) for Android
Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or a related field
Advanced English for reading, writing and speaking
