About this role

Play a critical role in the successful launch and growth of Mineralys’ first commercial product within an assigned territory
Educate healthcare providers (HCPs) on Mineralys’ product
Build trusted customer relationships
Drive product adoption
Achieve territory sales performance goals
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of the disease state, clinical data, and relevant treatment guidelines
Execute a comprehensive territory business plan aligned with brand strategy, launch priorities, and sales objectives
Analyze territory trends, customer needs, and competitive activity

Bachelor’s degree required
3+ years of pharmaceutical / biotech sales experience preferred with other relevant sales experience considered
Specialty sales experience (cardiometabolic) preferred
Prior launch experience preferred
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals and strong customer relationships
Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex scientific information
Excellent territory planning, organizational, and communication skills
Self-motivated, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, launch environment
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory
