Control and daily follow-up of reports and documentation under the responsibility of offshore teams, keeping systems up to date, such as Anomaly Reports (RAs), Improvement Suggestions, VQPs, Procedures, Anomaly Reports, etc.
Monitor SharePoint (or other adopted system) for provision of information and documents required for operations, such as SOPs, MDs, APRs, etc.
Track the POB (personnel on board) of rigs, and control/coordinate team embarkation.
Issue the Planning and Material Availability Evaluation Report using the defined template after operations are completed.
Provide technical support to rig operations by preparing, participating in, reviewing and/or updating APRs (Preliminary Risk Analyses) and Change Management. Ensure completion of actions identified in each document.
Support the Operational Technical team with daily and routine demands; liaise with technical support teams from service providers to resolve operational issues.
Support the offshore operational technical team by reviewing documentation and discussing scope with planning management.
Review and validate operational Anomaly Reports (RAs) from rigs.
Review and validate operational reports from rigs.
Support rigs' SMS (Safety Management System) processes by participating in DDSMS, D+1 and D+10 meetings, LVs, Audicomps, among other activities.
Review and approve Service Orders (SOs) for service fronts, teams, materials, etc., issued by the technical assistance service provider.
Update data in computerized systems, handling organization, control and maintenance of records.
Requirements
Technical diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Electrotechnical, Electromechanical, Control and Automation, or Industrial Automation issued by an educational institution recognized by the Ministry of Education.
Active registration with the relevant professional council (annual dues paid).
Minimum 3 years of experience in the field and at least 2 years of experience in the oil industry, specifically related to well intervention using rigs or SESV-type vessels or subsea equipment.
Proficiency with spreadsheet tools (Microsoft Office – Excel) with the ability to create tables and dynamic charts.
