Role Overview
- Provide whole chain of the customer lifecycle, from customer account opening and maintenance to billing support for SEB customers
- Register, update and maintain data in various databases and systems
- Investigate, monitor and process client data and billing related transactions
- Answer business stakeholder and customers inquiries
- Perform incoming request analysis and take part in continuous improvement activities
Requirements
- Good time management and prioritization skills
- Attention to details with a focus on accuracy and meeting deadlines
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Open-minded, readiness to suggest new ideas
- Great communication skills and fluency in English
