Role Overview
- Lead full-cycle implementation projects for strategic customers
- Execute and manage project plans, deliverables, schedules, and scope
- Manage customer relationships and serve as main project point of contact
- Track resource allocation and ensure proper time utilization
- Monitor and report project status in weekly customer and stakeholder reports
- Coordinate project risk management and change control activities
- Drive successful project handoffs from Professional Services to Support
- Define and apply project standards and best practices
- Provide functional analysis related to SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business Suite
- Participate in quality assurance, milestone reviews, and acceptance processes
Requirements
- 12+ years in solution/project management roles
- 5+ years SAP project management experience (SAP ECC/HANA)
- Deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP Business Suite
- 8+ years in enterprise software or consulting, delivering full lifecycle solutions
- Hands-on experience with enterprise software implementation and integration
- Strong understanding of security, networking, and enterprise technologies
- Proven stakeholder relationship management and risk mitigation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- US Citizenship or US Permanent Residency (Green Card)
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
