Role Overview
- Collect and synthesize best practices towards the company or the market
- Manage proofs of concept for new features
- Represent stakeholder interests to improve business efficiency
- Define user stories, acceptance criteria, and curate product backlog
- Articulate product roadmap and coordinate releases
- Contribute to ongoing development and improvement
- Participate in third-level support activities (maximum 30% of activity)
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of IT services and Product Management in complex organizations
- Proven relationship management skills
- Strong influencing skills and ability to drive collaboration
- High-level communication skills (verbal, written, interpersonal)
- Strong analytical ability with innovative and creative thinking
- Degree from an Engineering School or University
- Experience in cloud environments
- Significant experience in HR Digital, ideally related to SAP SuccessFactors suite
- Strong Project Management skills
- Fluent in English & French mandatory
